Q: How do I make a claim?
To make a claim, you can:
- Call FEDS Monday-Friday 8:30-6:00pm ET at 866-955-FEDS.
- Email your claim to claims@fedsprotection.
- Fax your claim to 301-229-2482.
When submitting your claim, please provide your
- Name,
- Employing agency,
- Best contact number,
- Date of incident(s), and
- A brief description of the incident or matter related to your claim
(i.e. subject of an investigation, disciplinary matter).
Our Claims Administrator will contact you within 24 hours of making your claim.
