Do you have a few minutes?

As a federal employee, you have liability exposures that can lead to you being sued just for doing your job. In today’s world, the public’s opinion of the government and its employees is often influenced by news channels and social media that cause the public to demand accountability, even in instances where there was no wrongdoing. Pressures like these make federal employees more vulnerable to lawsuits and disciplinary actions being brought against them. Exposures of this magnitude need to be protected against—a FEDS PLI policy can help!

The below video provides a more in-depth description of FEDS and what we have to offer.

For administrative matters, your FEDS policy will pay for legal defense – up to $200,000 per incident – to defend you in agency investigative or disciplinary actions arising from actions taken in the scope of your employment at both the agency level and at the MSPB. FEDS Protection also provides $1 million, $2 million, or $3 million in coverage for civil suits resulting from actions taken in the scope of your federal employment, as well as $100,000 in coverage for criminal investigations arising from actions taken in the scope of your employment. You don’t have to wait for an open enrollment period to secure coverage with FEDS. Like other insurance policies, you must have FEDS coverage in place prior to any allegations—so enroll today!
