Your legal counsel would depend upon the type of case and the specific expertise needed to handle your case. Our panels of attorneys, led by Shaw Bransford & Roth, have defended federal employees and law enforcement officers in all types of investigations, disciplinary proceedings, civil and criminal actions nationwide for over 35 years. These firms are located in Washington D.C. but do travel when necessary. We hire local counsel when specific experience or expertise is required to handle a matter, but generally attorneys with vast federal employment law experience are necessary.
