Who The Policy Is Designed For

The FEDS Contractor Policy is designed for individual federal contractors and independent 1099 professionals who provide specialized services to the federal government. This includes contractors performing professional, technical, advisory, instructional, investigative, and analytical work under federal contracts.

Eligibility is based on the nature of the professional services performed under a federal contract, and coverage availability is subject to policy terms and underwriting approval.
