Are federal judges eligible for PLI reimbursement?

Many Article III and non-Article III federal judges, including ALJs and other adjudicative officials, are generally eligible for reimbursement of up to 50% of their professional liability insurance premium under 5 U.S.C. § 5941a. Actual eligibility depends on agency policy and available funding.
