The FEDS Contractor Policy, designed by a former federal attorney, provides civil liability coverage for errors and omissions resulting from or arising out of polygraph examiner services performed on behalf of the Federal Government. The FEDS Contractor Policy pays for your legal defense and liability damages (up to the policy limit) if you are sued for an act, error or omission resulting from your investigative work. The policy will also extend to contracts you enter into with state and local governments provided the federal government contract work is at least 50% of the total work.

The FEDS policy is underwritten and issued on a group basis by FEDS Protection hrough the Public Employees Purchasing Group (PEPG) domiciled in Washington, DC. As such, Insured members become members of the PEPG, entitling them to group rates and subject to master policy aggregates, terms and conditions.
