Federal Employees Professional Liability Policy:

$1,000,000 Limit $270.00 + Tax
$2,000,000 Limit $370.00 + Tax

  • Bi-Weekly Payroll Deduction*:

*There is a one-time only fee of $15 for policy holders who choose payroll deduction. Payroll Deduction Renewal Policies will not be subject to fee.

Former Federal Employee Contractor Policy:

$1,000,000 Limit $750 + Tax
