Federal Jury Convicts Dallas Street Gang Member of Assaulting Federal Officers
After a four-day trial, a federal jury deliberated less than 30 minutes last Thursday to convict a local gang member on all three counts of an indictment involving a June 2009 drive-by shooting involving four law enforcement officers. Case Law Update - Supreme Court Holds That Lower Court Erred By Excluding Public From Jury Selection
