"No Fear Act" reporting and accountability requirements mandate that, more than ever, discrimination and whistleblower reprisal allegations will be closely scrutinized for discipline of the accused manager.

FEDS is honored to announce its recent partnership with the National Association of Assistant United States Attorneys (NAAUSA). NAAUSA is a professional association dedicated to promoting, protecting and serving the common interests of this nation's front-line criminal and civil litigators. NAAUSA's members are professional men and women of integrity, loyal to the Department of Justice, and dedicated to carrying out its mission of serving the cause of justice. FEDS and NAAUSA have teamed up to educate attorneys on the need for professional liability insurance and to ensure that FEDS provides quality services and benefits to all DOJ attorneys. NAAUSA does important work for its members and we are happy to be a supporter and provider of liability insurance to its members. Dennis Boyd, the Executive Director of NAAUSA had this to say about this partnership: "I would like to thanks FEDS for supporting NAAUSA and for protecting NAAUSA members with its liability insurance. Just about every day, AUSAs are on the front lines of law enforcement/prosecutorial decisions and defending the United States in civil and criminal matters. Liability insurance provides peace of mind if an AUSA is confronted with a civil complaint or an investigation into alleged allegations of professional misconduct. I recommend that all ASUAs protect themselves with professional liability insurance."
