How do I make a claim?
To invoke your benefits under the FEDS association, provide us with the following information relevant to your claim via email at feds@fedsprotection.com or fax (301-229-2482): (1) your name and benefits certificate number; (2) agency where you work; (3) your contact information; (4) date of incident(s); and (5) a brief description of the incident(s) or matter related to your claim (i.e. subject of an investigation, diciplinary matter, RMO in an EEO case or civil suit). You will be contacted by a claims administrator within 24 hours of making your claim.
